This seems to buck the trend of the sector, which is below pre-COVID levels and appears to be heading further down.

In addition, Google and Meta appear to be retrenching to their larger home and hub offices, a trend we've observed from a number of companies.

Amidst the thousands of layoffs and cost cutting, perhaps this signals the very beginnings of a recovery in engineering hiring, or perhaps it's related to AI, or...?
